Features: CHASSIS. The chassis is constructed with W21 x 62 pound I-beam main frame rails. It has a heavy duty impactor mount with both weld in and bolt on wear liners. The chassis also has an integrated grizzly bypass chute to allow finer material to fall through the grizzly section of the feeder and on to the discharge belt. Two 24” stroke hydraulic legs with 12volt pump are used to raise and level the plant for operation. The plant comes equipped with king pin and a heavy duty triple axle suspension with 11 x 22.5 tires, air brakes, lights, and mud flaps. FEEDER. The feeder is an Inertia 60” x 18’ vibrating grizzly consisting of heavy channel and plate construction. It has ½” weld in floor and side liners and a 4’ long grizzly bar section with 5” nominal spacing. The feeder uses two Invicta BL 60-90 vibrating motors along with a slight decline in angle to feed the impactor. HOPPER The hopper is removable and is 9’ wide x 19’ long, 14 cubic yards non-heaping. It is constructed of 5/8” plate and has a heavy-duty bolt on chain curtain to prevent material blow back from impactor. IMPACTOR The impactor is an Inertia 5066 HSI (50” diameter x 65” wide) single rotor impact crusher with sectionalized frame construction of both welded and bolted heavy plate steel. It has replaceable frame liners of HARDOX-400 material with a wear resistant steel rotor and cast replaceable blow bars. The impactor has two adjustable breaker plates lined with HARDOX-400 material to control product graduation and a spring relief system for non-crushable material. It incorporates self-aligning spherical roller bearings and 4 bolt, split pillow blocks which are protected from dust contamination via a nonrupturable labyrinth seal. It has four access doors for internal observation, inspection, maintenance, and repair, and two hydraulic cylinders for opening the impactor hood. REAR DISCHARGE CONVEYOR The rear discharge conveyor is 42” x 38’ under crusher mounted. It has 4’ impact slide bed and CEMA “B” five inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 12” wing pulley with 2 15/16” pillow block bearings bolted to 18” telescoping take-ups. The head pulley is a 16” crowned drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging and 2 15/16” pillow block bearings. The conveyor is belt driven by a 15hp electric motor and 415 reducer combination. The conveyor belt is a heavy-duty rip stop belt with a flexco belt splice. POWER/DRIVE The plant is powered by a 400hp Diesel engine that belt drives the impactor and 125kw 480V-188 amp generator with 8V belts. The generator supplies power to an on-board electrical switch gear with 100 amp disconnect and circuit breakers. The circuit breakers are used to supply power to the (2) Invicta vibrating motors on the feeder and the conveyor motor, with an additional circuit breaker to supply power to offboard pieces of equipment. The belt drive has a fully enclosed guard with two service doors.
