Rock Systems Semi-Portable Rip-Rap Plant to separate 3 products complete with 20 cubic yard capacity feed hopper constructed of 1” thick steel plate with 1/2” thick plate stiffeners; 52” wide x 24’ long vibrating grizzly feeder with 50 h.p. electric motor drive, 12’ long solid pan and twin 6’ long grizzly sections with adjustable grizzly bars; collecting hopper with AR liners mounted under 1st grizzly section to bypass fines onto an optional side discharge conveyor; heavy duty side discharge chute with AR liners mounted under 2nd grizzly section to bypass middle product to grade; heavy duty, skid mounted support structure; 1/4” plate skin on 4 sides of structure.
